Digital Delivery Policy

1. Instant Digital Delivery

Once your payment is successfully completed, your product is delivered instantly through:

• A direct download link on the checkout confirmation page

• An automated email containing your download link

• Access to your purchased files through your account or order confirmation email

There are no physical items shipped.

2. Delivery Time

Digital products are delivered within seconds of your purchase.
If delivery is delayed due to technical issues, it will never exceed 5 minutes.

If you do not receive your product:

1. Check your spam/junk folder

2. Make sure your email address was entered correctly

3. Search your inbox for the subject: “Your ESWED INC Digital Product”

3. Download Access

Your digital product may be provided as:

• A PDF file

• A ZIP file containing multiple resources

• A document or template

• A framework or toolkit

You are responsible for downloading and securely storing your files after purchase.

4. Failed or Missing Delivery

If you do not receive your digital product after purchase, please contact us.
We will resend your download link manually within 24 hours.

5. Incorrect Email Address

If a customer enters an incorrect email address at checkout, ESWED INC is not responsible for delivery failure.
However, we will resend your files once the correct email address is confirmed.

6. Digital Product Updates

For some products, lifetime access includes updates.
When updates are released, customers may receive new versions via email or download link.

ESWED INC does not ship physical goods.
