1. Digital Products

All digital products purchased from eswedinc.com are non-refundable.

Because digital files are delivered instantly upon purchase, we cannot offer:

• refunds,

• cancellations, or

• chargebacks

for any digital downloads.

Please ensure that you review all product descriptions before purchasing.

2. Digital Delivery Confirmation

After payment is completed, your digital product is delivered immediately via:

• download link, and/or

• email confirmation

If you do not receive your download link within 5 minutes, please check:

• your spam/junk folder

• your email spelling

• your purchase confirmation

If the issue continues, contact us at: support@eswedincdigital.com

We will re-send your product manually if necessary.

3. Consulting Services

(1:1 Strategy Sessions)

Consulting sessions are non-refundable once booked.

You may:

• reschedule your session at least 24 hours before the appointment,
  but cancellations do not qualify for a refund.

Missed or no-show sessions are considered completed.

4. Mistaken Purchases

Because access is delivered instantly and cannot be revoked, mistaken purchases do not qualify for refunds.

5. Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged twice for the same product, please contact us immediately at:

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is considered a violation of these terms.
